 • Requests for Erasure or Rectification

As set out by the Data Protection Act 2018 you should receive a response
within the statutory timescale of one calendar month as defined by the Act
upon receipt of a valid request.

For us to accept a request for erasure or rectification of data as valid,
we reasonably require you to provide copies of two official documents
which between them provide sufficient information to confirm your
identity. The documents should confirm your legal name, date of birth,
current address, and photograph. Examples may include a driving licence,
passport, birth certificate or a utility bill.

To assist with the process please be as specific as possible as to what
data the request relates to. We may ask additional questions following
your application to ensure we have understood fully your request.

 • Freedom of Information Requests

Your request will now be considered under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, and you should receive a response within the
statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act.

Please note the ‘working day’ is defined as any day other than a Saturday,
Sunday or a day which is a bank holiday in any part of the United Kingdom.
The first reckonable day is the first working day after receipt.

 • Subject Access Requests

As set out by the Data Protection Act 2018 you should receive a response
within the statutory timescale of one calendar month as defined by the Act
upon receipt of a valid request.

For us to accept a request for personal data as valid, we reasonably
require you to provide copies of two official documents which between them
provide sufficient information to confirm your identity. The documents
should confirm your legal name, date of birth, current address, and
photograph. Examples may include a driving licence, passport, birth
 certificate or a utility bill.

To note: If the request is complex or numerous; we may extend this by a
 further two months.

If we do intend to extend the timeframe, we will contact you and let you
 know.

Although every effort will be made to ensure a response is provided within
statutory deadlines, in some cases, we may be unable to achieve this
deadline and would hope to contact you should this be the case.

Please be assured that we are working as hard as we can to comply with
 statutory time frame.
